What you are buying

Access to the 2monkeys_net wireless network, sold as a code. The code is the whole of what you buy: anyone holding it can use it, so treat it like cash.

The service is supplied in Bulgaria. Prices include 20% VAT — the amount shown is the amount charged.

How your time is counted

Your time starts the first time the code is used, not when you buy it, and then runs in real time until it is finished. It keeps running whether or not you are connected, and whether or not you are on the premises. A one-day code bought on Monday and first used on Friday morning ends on Saturday morning.

An unused code stays good for 12 months from purchase. After that it expires and cannot be used or refunded.

Devices

Each package says how many devices may use the code at the same time. Using the code on a one-more device than that disconnects whichever of your devices has gone longest without being seen — you do not lose any time by moving between devices, but the old one drops off the network immediately.

A code may move between devices up to 10 times a day. That limit exists to stop a single code being run as a service for a queue of strangers; ordinary use does not come near it.

Free trial

Each device may take 10 minutes of free access once per day, so you can see whether the service works for you and reach the purchase page.

What we do not promise

This is a shared connection, not a dedicated line. We do not guarantee any particular speed, and we cannot guarantee the service is uninterrupted. Faults with the equipment, the power, or the upstream provider are outside our control.

You are responsible for what you do on the connection, and for your own device's security.

Lost codes, refunds, misuse

If you lose a code, we can send it again to the email address it was bought with.

For a refund, or anything else that needs a person, write to info@2monkeys.eu.

We may cancel a code, without a refund, if it is resold or shared beyond the devices it was sold for. Cancelling a code disconnects every device using it.

What we keep, and why

• Your email address, if you buy a code — to send you the code, to send it again if you lose it, and for your receipt. Nothing else. We do not send marketing.
• Your device's network address (its MAC address) and the times it connected — this is how the network knows which device has paid, how the device limit on a code is enforced, and how the daily free trial is counted.
• The purchase itself — which package, how much, when. Required for our accounts.

Your card

We never see it. Payment happens on myPOS's own page; they tell us only whether the payment succeeded, for how much, and under which order number.

Who else sees it

Two others, both because they have to be involved:

• myPOS — takes the payment and sends its own receipt to your address.
• Our own business system, which is what actually sends you the email with your code.

Nobody else. We do not sell or share this data.

How long

Your email address is removed 12 months after the code it belongs to has finished. The purchase record and the connection times stay after that, without anything tying them to you.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Write to info@2monkeys.eu and say which email address you bought with.

Deleting your address means we can no longer resend a code you have lost.
